About Flanagan Winery
We use extended macerations in our Taransaud oak fermentation tanks to allow the wine to deepen in both color and complexity. Each fermentation is unique and is allowed to follow its own path. After fermentation the wines are moved to 100% new French oak barrels in our caves. Both the fermentation tanks and the caves are temperature controlled.
