Charlie Palmer is a legend in Sonoma County. His Dry Creek Kitchen on the square in Healdsburg CA was one of pioneers of the farm to table concept. Charlie has featured our wines at DCK since we first released them in 2008. His fame has now spread across the nation and he recently opened Charlie Palmer Steak at the Archer Hotel in NYC.
