Join me for another exciting culinary adventure on Saturday 5/29 at 4 pm PST. This time I'm doing a one pan Leg of Lamb Roast with root vegetables. I'm picking four wines to accompany us on this gustatorial journey. We'll start with 2019 Riley's Rows Rose' as the wine we drink while we cook. Then we'll pair our 2019 Flanagan Viognier Bennett Valley with a refreshing salad course with grilled peaches and a citrus vinagrette (I'm not making the salad dressing). Then we'll have 2015 Flanagan Pinot Noir Sonoma Stage and the 2018 Flanagan Syrah Bennett Valley both paired with the lamb roast. (one after the other...not side by side). Participants will receive the video showing the lamb preparation prior to the dinner. I'm providing the wines for this tasting at a 50% discpount and including complimentary shipping so the cost is $117 plus tax per tasting set. (One set per household).
