Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
The nose has beautiful floral notes intertwined with more savory herbal notes. The palate has a bright red fruits like Rainer cherry, savory Bay leaf, and lots of structure. The tannins are elegant and the wine is very polished. The acidity provides beautiful delineation and tension in the mouth. This is a lovely, balanced wine that provides a great example of what our vineyard sites do in a riper vintage.

Each year we have barrels of wine, produced in the same manner as our flagship wine, that don’t end up in our main release. Beauty of Three is a blend of these lots.
The 2015 vintage provided beautiful fruit. Because of a cool foggy spring we had very low crop yields. This resulted in especially concentrated fruit from the steep hillsides in Bennett Valley. Harvest was earlier and the resulting fruit character was riper than in 2014. The 2015 was a vintage that required focused farming and careful picking.
